GT PEUGEOT 3008 SUV
Peugeot is a brand name for a recovery this time, pumping attractive cars designed to attract modern urbanites. The upcoming 3008 SUVs that fit the bill, and although he has not yet made his debut has already been processed at a faster GT version with a more beautiful trimmings that give style priority over speed.
Leaving aside the question of why you really need a more powerful SUV in the city, the 3008 GT sounds like a very attractive package. Under the hood is an engine turbodiesel 2.0-liter 133 kW (178 hp) of power and 400 Nm (295 lb.ft) of torque, which is channeled to the front wheels via a six-speed automatic EAT6 PSA's box.
On the outside, you can say more powerful than the Peugeot brothers variety of garden inside of the bulged wheel arches and aluminum diamond cutting wheels, wrapped in 235 / 50R19 tires. By working in cooperation with a tweaked suspension package, tires that are designed to improve the lateral grip. Whether this also means a rigid, less flexible ride or not remains to be seen.
If you really want to observe, you can spec a bicolor Coupe Franche paintjob consisting of matt chrome and color, along with a healthy portion artistry. Together with prominent front grille of the car and edgy line window, we believe that makes for an SUV able to stand out among the growing ranks of high-riding city slickers.
Opening the door reveals a cabin that, like the regular car, spun around iCockpit provision of Peugeot. As well as giving drivers access to the usual range of radio, media, navigation and climate control information, the 3008 GT will cater for owners willing to adjust the dynamic feel of the car.
Meanwhile, designers have tried to lift the overall quality copper materials and satin chrome details and stitching. There is also an option for real wood and leather Nappa, if you really feel like treating yourself.
In full fat GT, all these small details are designed to operate with the most powerful engine to deliver a special-feeling and sporty driving. To a lesser GT-Line cars, styling tweaks are more to make people think that you pay for a more powerful car with GT Line badging, a redesigned bumper and wheels 18-inch two-tone.
The 3008 GT and GT-Line will start at the Paris Motor Show in September. Meanwhile, we have Peugeot 208 GTi and 308 GTi rolling through the garage Gizmag in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for our comments.
